Based in Swadlincote, five miles from Burton town centre our aim at Shredz Fitness Centre is to help you achieve your goals and become the best version of yourself. We offer support for all our members, and personal training, nutritional advice and supplements are available to purchase at reception, including pre, intra and post workout. Our vast variety of equipment means we can cater for all, whether you’re looking to improve general health and fitness, lose weight or build muscle. We’re also ideal if you’re a power lifter or a competitive bodybuilder. If you fancy a change of scenery from your usual gym or are passing through the area, you can purchase a day passes are £7. We’ve got qualified personal trainers and online coaches who will work with you to put together a personalised training and diet plan. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle or improve general fitness, our staff will do what they can to help you achieve your goals.
We’re always updating the gym with new equipment to make sure our members have access to some of the best kit in the UK! Over the last few months we’ve installed a full set of new Jordan dumbbells up to 75kg, a Freemotion Incline Trainer + Coach Bike and a Nautilus Freedom Trainer.
